greatttt band¡¡¡¡¡¡ please lirycs of a song for bradley
they are printed on the cd artwork
but here you go
So let me tell you a story I heard
So let me tell you a story but first
I tell I cant be to sure that every word down by law
but I tell you I’m true to my word
so we pick up on the story way on a rainy
1996 we was lost in the U.K.
We had a little band playing reggae
And hip hop and punk rock and we got
A package from my tailor he’s called Mr Brown
He was over the pond he found a new sound
He put in a box and he put on a plane
And he blew our minds when it touch down
It was 40oz to freedom on a c90
Was the gift wrapped sound Hard and heavy
3 ruff neck sound from the L.B.C.
That’s long beach California to you and me
proclaim they takin hip hop to a higher ground
I had to see for myself I had to hear that sound
So I bought myself a ticket and I took that aeroplane
It was over before I touched down
So let me the story I heard
So let me the tell you a story but first
I tell I cant be to sure that every word down by law
but I tell you I’m true to my word
and it’s a story as old as the hills
a boy hood dream come true but never fulilled
about a star who burnt bright oh how he burned in the light
until he burned out completely for real
but first and for most the boy could sing
play a riot on the guitar turn his hand to anything
tear his bleeding heart out and throw it the page
he was fearless fulla love full life fulla rage
he was the platinum blond white boy way before eminem
ever picked up a pen
he had a brand new dance
called we got to overcome
but he never lived see baby boy turn one
he said one day hes gonna lose the war
and everyday he did just a little bit more
he shoot it up but he never ask why
heaven wont shoot right down from out the sky
somethings weren’t meant to be
and our hero of our stories name is……
it got so that all that he knew was road
and only one wrong way to fight off the cold
its hard stay right between sound check
and stage light
when all you that feel is alone
It was all so awfully sad
He wore a Tshirt said “worlds best dad when
He laid down that dawn in his motel room
His eyes so blue and his name is…

I was at the gig at the Hootenanny in Brixton and I had a great time.
I have Asperger’s syndrome and at first the crowd, the pushing and shoving was very hard for me to cope with. But then the music got into me, and it was exhilarating. I no longer felt like a misfit, outside looking in. I was part of it all and enjoying myself. Thank you so much. Your music is empowering.

hiyyya babyhead, i can’t remember if i left a comment which isn’t helpful, but wondering if we could use your track ‘killing time’ and create a music video, cd covrt n inserts as part of our a level media coursework. our sixthform is in bristol and so far your band had proved to be the best genre, inspiration and style. We would also like to send you a questionairre to find a bit about you and your individual way of making music. If this is a possibility, please email back to sofia-messina@hotmail.com
thaaaaanks guys!

Listening to your tracks and inspired by your influences me and my friend chloe were wondering if you were interested in featuring in our a level media coursework in which the breif is to film a music video, create the album cover and insert booklet and poster.
We would meet a few of you once and capture an interveiw on film, and hopfully find out a but more about you and the bands attitudes and values as well as music influences.
The video we make will be uploaded onto youtube for fans to see. We were wondering whether we could use the track ‘Killing time’. If this is something you could be interested in, please email back sofia-messina@hotmail.com
